Once your purchase has been validated, we will send you a confirmation email.

If you can't find it, check your spam or junk mail. Otherwise, do not hesitate to contact the ERITA team here , so that we can return it to you as soon as possible.

How do I download my invoice?

If you need your invoice, you can contact us and ask us any questions here.

We will be happy to send it to you by email.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been validated, we cannot modify or cancel it.

If your rings are not suitable once your order has been received, you have 14 days to return them, excluding customizable or worn rings.

Please note, we do not do exchanges for online purchases – refund only

My order is wrong, what can I do?

We recommend that you contact our ERITA team via our form here , in order to be able to exchange and/or complete the ring received for the correct one.

I have not received my order, is this normal?

To check that your order has been taken into account, log in to your personal space, “Orders” sections. You will find the status of your order there.

By clicking on its tracking number, you will be redirected to the service provider's website in order to follow the progress of your order.

Returns & Refunds

What should I do to request a return?

Do not hesitate to contact us, the ERITA team is here to help you.

How long does it take to return a product?

You obviously have the option of returning any ring ordered on our site within 15 days of the delivery date.

The ring must be returned in its original condition: it must not have been worn, modified, worn, washed or damaged. It must be returned in its original ERITA packaging.
Any return that is non-compliant or unfit for resale (damaged, damaged, used, or soiled) cannot be returned and will naturally be re-shipped to you.

How do I return a POP-UP purchase?

A pop-up purchase can only be returned during the pop-up period for an exchange (excluding worn or personalized rings), upon presentation of proof of purchase (email or receipt).

Did you receive my return?

Returns generally take 8 working days to reach us after sending.

Once received, the ERITA tape opens your packages one by one, which may take a little time.

We invite you to write to us here , specifying the reference of your order and attaching proof of delivery.

Can I exchange my product?

We do not accept exchanges.

How to track my order?

We want you to be able to control your orders at any time.

This is why, when we send your order you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find a link to track your order. You can also access the “Order Tracking” tab to find out the progress of your order.

What are the delivery methods and times?

Standard delivery : 4-5 working days* **

Delivery to relay point: 72 working hours

Click & Collect in Paris: During the day

Express delivery within Paris: Same day

*For deliveries outside France, delivery times may be a little longer.

**For deliveries abroad, the recipient may be required to pay customs fees, depending on the legislation in force in the country of destination.

My package is lost, what should I do?

If your package seems lost or stolen, we invite you to write to us here . We will contact the carrier concerned to initiate the necessary procedures.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver all over the world.

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs taxes and additional charges. In all cases, these costs will be the buyer's responsibility and must be paid to the relevant customs office.

ERITA undertakes to take care of all the necessary documents so that the package can pass through customs.

Custom Orders

What delivery time for my personalized order?

Please allow 8-10 business days for all engraved and personalized orders to ship (excluding weekends).

Orders that have both a personalized and a non-personalized item cannot be split into two separate shipments.

Is it possible to get a refund for my personalized ring?

All engraved parts are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless defective). To check the status of an order, please contact us here with your order number.

Boxes & Gifts

In what type of boxes do I receive my rings?

Each ERITA ring is carefully placed in a black box, tagged with the yellow logo, made from FSC recycled paper: The ERITA ring sizer.

Little tip: Reuse as a jewelry box to protect your treasures during your getaways.

Our ring sizers are then sent in our eco-responsible cardboard box, specialized for e-commerce shipments.

We are committed to using a minimum of packaging and using recycled materials.

Do you have a gift box option?

At ERITA , rings are above all a gift for SELF. Our ring sizers were designed for that! A gift box that we receive with each purchase.
