ERITA has drawn up this Confidentiality Policy in order to inform you of its policy and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information concerning you, which you have communicated to us on the erita.fr website, the applications mobile devices published by ERITA (jointly the “Site ), when you communicate with an ERITA advisor by telephone, or when you interact with ERITA via social media.

ERITA protects the privacy of its Internet users by respecting the applicable regulations in force. Thus, ERITA , as data controller, has notified the National Commission for Informatics and Liberties of the collection and processing of your personal data (the “Personal Data”).

The Personal Data that we are mainly likely to collect and process about you are as follows:

In addition, ERITA may also collect personal information from you when you communicate with ERITA, when you provide your contact details during your visit to a physical ERITA point of sale or when communicating with an ERITA advisor by telephone.

3. Recipients of your Personal Data

Your Personal Data is processed by ERITA .

They will not be transferred or made accessible to any third party subject to (i): only authorized personnel whose activity justifies access to the information, for the purposes of internal audit, administrative management or invoicing, but also to ensure that we that you will benefit from the same quality of service regardless of the country in which you make a purchase, (ii) possible subcontractors of ERITA for exclusively technical and logistical reasons (transporters, accommodation and maintenance providers of the Site, payment and fraud management providers, technical service providers responsible for sending emails, etc.); (iii) from certain commercial partners, with your agreement: for example, we will share your data with third parties who organize an event jointly with ERITA ; and (iv) any restructuring of ERITA , including total or partial transfer of assets, merger, absorption, acquisition, split and more generally any reorganization operation.

4. Sharing on social networks

You have the possibility of sharing certain information or content on the Site on social networks. By clicking on the "f" button on Facebook, or the "P" on Pinterest, the content is exported from ERITA 's servers and sent to the website of the social network concerned. Your publication will then be governed by the conditions of use of the social network you have chosen.

Content exported from our Site to social networks is under your sole responsibility. ERITA cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any use, exploitation or action on the part of said networks, as soon as the content is exported from the Site.

5. Shelf life

ERITA undertakes to use Personal Data only for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes described above.

The Personal Data concerning you, collected and processed under the “Contact” section, will only be kept for the duration of the processing of your request. They will then be destroyed.

Data relating to your orders will in principle be kept by ERITA for a period not exceeding the applicable legal limitation periods. However, this Data will also be viewable on your customer account as long as it is active. As soon as your customer account is closed, this Data (i) will be archived for accounting and evidentiary purposes during the aforementioned limitation periods or (ii) will be destroyed if the said periods have expired.

Your Banking Data will be kept securely for the duration necessary for validation of your order and payment and will then be immediately destroyed. In the event of a payment incident, your Data will be kept for the duration of the incident management, then for a period of three (3) to five (5) years depending on the severity of the incident.

Your Identification Data used, with your consent, for the purposes of sending newsletters and other ERITA publications will be kept for a period of three (3) years from their collection or your last contact (for example, a request for documentation or a click on a hyperlink contained in an e-mail; however, opening an e-mail cannot be considered as a contact on your part).

Your customer account on the Site will remain active as long as you have not decided to close it and as long as you make purchases on our Site.

Your Data will also be destroyed within a maximum of two (2) working days from your unsubscription request.

In any case, you have the option to close your account and/or unsubscribe from newsletters at any time. To do this, you can contact our customer service by email at papoter@erita.fr or by clicking on the unsubscribe link attached to each newsletter. 6. Security

We take all appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the Personal Data transmitted against unauthorized or illegal processing as well as against destruction, loss or accidental damage.
